Palm is a volunteer-run station. We aim to position ourselves at the heart of Torbay by being responsive to local issues; showcasing and championing local talent, artists, schools, charities, and local groups. We seek to focus on local matters with an eye to encouraging and welcoming Palm interaction with the wider world.

The diversity of our output at Palm aims to serve the wide range of ages, abilities and interests of people in Torbay and South Devon. We enable local people, community groups, charitable, social and voluntary organisations to learn how to promote themselves through the medium of online radio. Palm offers a wide and varied amount of programming with local news, weather, and a comprehensive help desk for local organisations’ to promote their events however large or small the group is.
